Research Directory
At the present time CANO/ACIO does not have its own Directory of Oncology Nurse Researchers. You can find a comprehensive listing of Oncology Nurse Researchers on the International Nurses in Cancer Care Web Site located at www.isncc.org
The ISNCC Directory of Oncology Nurse Researchers was created under the auspices of the ISNCC Research Committee as a benefit for members. The primary purpose of the directory is to enhance networking and communication among cancer nurses interested in, or engaged in, research concerning nursing care of cancer patients and their families. The directory contains a listing of almost 150 nurses from around the world who are engaged in oncology nursing research. Each nurse’s contact information, area of research focus, keyword descriptors for their work, and information about their research projects including title and purpose of each project, co-investigators, study design and status of study are listed. The contact information for each nurse is provided to facilitate communication among nurses around the world.
To obtain a copy of the directory: Members interested in obtaining a copy of the Research Directory can do so by either ordering a hard copy or downloading a pdf version or downloading a zipped file version. Instructions for doing each of these are on the website: www.isncc.org.
To add your name and information to the directory, or update your information: Members interested in adding their name and information, or revising their information, can print off and complete the form on the website and mail it to Ann Hilton.
