The purpose of the Palliative Care SIG is to:
- To provide a national networking opportunity for oncology nurses
interested in palliative care. - To promote the integration and visibility of palliative nursing with
oncology nursing at a national level. - To continually strive to enhance patient care with advancement of
knowledge through the sharing and dissemination of research and
education in area of palliative oncology
