MEMBER ELIGIBILITY
Who can become a CANO/ACIO member?
A Regular Member is an individual who is a nurse belonging to a registered body, involved in or interested in oncology nursing.An Associate Member is a non-nursing health care professional who supports the mission and vision of CANO/ACIO.
A Student Member is a full time student studying to become a Registered Nurse or a Registered Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse or who has returned to study in an academic program, irrespective of the level of nursing education being pursued.
A Non-working Member is a Nurse who has retired or is receiving long-term disability benefits.

What are the benefits of CANO/ACIO membership?
Membership is $102 for a year with reduced rates for students and retired nurses.

HOW CAN I JOIN CANO/ACIO?
To become a member of CANO/ACIO, you can join by either registering on-line or downloading the membership form and sending it to CANO/ACIO Management Office.
MEMBERSHIP YEAR
When does my CANO/ACIO membership expire?
The membership year runs from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Does CANO/ACIO send out a reminder to renew membership?
Yes. Renewal notices are sent to CANO/ACIO members by email or by post to remind them to renew their membership.
