How to apply for awards
To apply for a 2010 CANO/ACIO Education Scholarship, please download an application form. To nominate a CANO/ACIO member for an Abstract Award, Excellence Award or Lifetime Achievement Award, please download a nomination form. Please complete the form and return by fax to (604) 874-4328, by email to cano@malachite-mgmt.com or by regular mail to:

All nominees must be current CANO/ACIO members and must have held membership for at least two (2) consecutive years prior to nomination/application. Consideration will be given to nominees with active involvement in CANO/ACIO. All nominees should review the current CANO/ACIO Conflict of Interest Policy to ensure eligibility.
