All nominees must be current CANO members and hold membership for at least 2 consecutive years.Consideration will be given to nominees with active involvement in CANO/ACIO. All nominees should review the current CANO Conflict of Interest Policy to ensure eligibility.

All the applications must be received by CANO/ACIO before June 1, 2011
